Herman Li -- DragonForce guitarist Herman Li has established himself in the last 10 years as one of the most recognised and influential metal guitarists of the new generation. Two times winner of the Metal Hammer Golden Gods ‘Best Shredder’ award, Herman also topped a number of readers poll’s around the world including ‘Best New Talent’, ‘Best Metal’, ‘Best Riff’, ‘Best Shredders’ in Guitar World and ‘Best Guitar Solo’ in Total Guitar. DragonForce’s ‘Through the Fire and Flames’ was featured in a number of videos games, including ‘Guitar Hero III – Legends of Rock’. Outside the band, Herman Li with band mate Sam Totman (guitar) recently collaborated with Babymetal on their hit song ‘Road of Resistance’. Herman have just completed another world tour with DragonForce in support of their latest album ‘Maximum Overload’ and DVD/Blu-ray release ‘In the Line of Fire’ filmed in Japan at the Saitama Super Arena.
